Abstract:
The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner ordered M/S. Jivraj Bidi Works to pay Rs. 4,79,960/- to 191 workers identified by SEWA as eligible for Provident fund from their employers M/s. Jivraj Bidi Works, Shrinathji Trading Company, M/s. Jivraj Ganeshbhai, Ranchhodrai Trading Company. The agreement was done before the chief officer of Industrial Dispute Tribunal.
