Abstract:
Terms of the settlement include the increase of HRA from Rs. 75 to Rs. 110 per month, local traveling expenses increased from Rs. 25 to Rs. 40 per month, good attendance bonus of Rs. 10 per month to be provided to every worker on duty, productivity targets agreed upon, etc.
