The management rejected the claim as it did not name the company correctly, it did not follow the correct format, and appealed to reject it as malicious.
Description:
The management contested the employment period as initially she was on probation, and denied paying wages below the minimum standard and charged worker's application as harassment. Annexure A provides wages details which are higher than the minimum wage scale.
