Abstract:

Union demanded regularization of employment for the workers at Avery Dennison.

Description:

Union demanded the contractual workers to be included as permanent workers. The workers have been exploited with no benefits and low wages and the company has been profiting from their labour. They demanded that the dispute should be taken for conciliation.
